Bright Tots Campus term 2 lesson 1

After a month's break, new term of the lesson at Bright Tots Campus started today This is a totally new class. All the kids from the previous term did not continue except Png Png. Again, it is a boy predominant class. There are 3 boys including Png Png and 2 girls

This lesson we did

1. Sing good morning song, I am special, twinkle twinkle little star, I am a tea pot

2. Teacher Shirley read a story book title Busy Bus

3. Each tot was given 4 square piece with differnt faces of people. Parents were to describe the different features of people face to the tot

4. Each tot was given a hard carboard bus. The bus comes in yellow, blue, red color. The tots had to put the square piece of people face on the window of the bus

5. Teacher Shirley showed 1 piece of 2 pieces puzzle of a train, bus and a car She asked the tots which one is a bus then passed the puzzles around

6. Flash cards on colors

7. Each tod was given an ice cube to hold in the hand to feel the ice cube. This is to teach the concept ice melt becomes water, what is cold

8. The tots were given cubes of different sizes to feel then 4 piece of cubes each to stack up the cubes I was surprised Png Png stacked the cubes. At home, he either topples the cubes which I stacked or bring knocks 2 cubes against each other

9. Each tot got a piece of square shape color paper (blue or yellow) Parents had to fold the color paper into half to form a triangle or fold in any shape. As usual, Png Png crushed the paper

10. Each tod got 4 colored ice cream sticks, a piece of A4 size plain paper and glue to paste the ice cream sticks on the paper to form a square
