Bright Tots Campus term 1 lesson 5

Today is the last lesson for this term. Next term will commence on 22nd August. Sigh.... so far apart. Seems like I am the only one who carry on to the next term

In this lesson, we did

1.Sing good morning song, I am special, baa baa black sheep

2. Read Eric Carl's story book "The very busy spider"

3. Show the kids cards on animals - horse, cat, sheep, dog, parrot and simulate the sound that these animals made. A card is given to the parent to describe to the tots

4. Different colors of 3 dimension wooden objects - hour glass, sphere, cubes, button, etc and a thin rope were given to the parent to describe to the tots the shapes, height and show the tot how to thread the objects There are 2 holes at the 2 ends of the object

5 Show a book on animals and tell the tots of the colors of the animals

6 Let the tots dip yellow water color and do finger printing on a piece of paper. Then followed by blue color and stir up blue and yellow color to get green color

7. Each tot were given a piece of bubble wrap, a piece of pink art paper, a red color feather, a piece of aluminium wrap and a cotton ball to feel the texture

8. Shapes (rectangle, circle, triangle, square) pieces of different colors and sizes (2 difference sizes) were handled to the parents to teach the tots shapes, colors and size

9. Sing goodbye song
