National Arts Museum

Chen Chen made 2 new friends in the LRT today. 2 kidswith their stay at home mom took MRT with no destination in mind. They kids started with topic on Angry birds as they all wore Angry Birds assessories. Hubby chatted with the 2 kids and asked if they wanna go to Singapore Arts Museum with us. They happyily agreed and requested their mother to go to Singapore Arts Museum with us. Their mother said ok as long as the entrance to the museum is free. The 2 kids and Chen Chen got along well during the trip.

This lively installation of solar-powered mechanical flowers nod, or rock gently, in response to indoor lighting conditions in the gallery environment

Paramodelic-Graffiti - built entirely of modular toy train tracks that create spontaneous, whimsical colour patterns covering the gallery space.

Display of six common fruits found in Southeast Asia. Wait a minute, they are inedible as they were made of paper

Mummy Dearest

A fantasy candy-coloured world of giant dolls, complete with a wardrobe of clothes, shoes and an enormous three-tiered cake. Visitors can help dress up the dolls and decorate a cake for Mummy in this playroom inspired by old-fashioned cut-out paper dolls.

Three-tiered cake.

Lots of tracks for kids to fix

Too many tracks, don't know where to start

Inspiration kicked in
