My birthday

Today is my birthday. My brother got me a very rich cake - Durian filling cake with chocolate coating and splashed with gold powder. WOW we ate GOLD!!

My hubby was packing his luggage for his business trip. He put Png Png in the luggage, Png Png was excited and happy over this new "game"

Png Png had his first teeth when he was 11 month old. They sprouted in pairs at the bottom then followed by another pair at the top

Cake project

The first project that Chen Chen's childcare centre did this year was on cake

I baked cup cake with Chen Chen at home to let him have a feel about cake We baked cup cakes together and he decorated all of them

Chen Chen's childcare centre brought the kids to Sweet Secret in Singapore Changi Airport to let the kids order a cake and asked the staff of Sweet Secret any questions they have.

They also brought the kids to Prima training centre to learn to bake cake and tour the kitchen to learn about the equipment and ingredients used for baking

At the end of the project, parents were invited to the childcare centre for a cake party. The kids made the invitation card and brought it home to give to their parents

At the party, the kids and the teachers did a role play in selling brownies, sandwiches, pizza, drinks, etc. The kids gave out menu, took order and served food and drinks

Oven Every kid brought home a project write out on the project I am very impressed with the work put forward by the teachers and the children. It's like the project we did when I was in poly and University

Project on family

Theme that Chen Chen's childcare did for the month is on family The kids have to do a project at home with their parents on Family

Chen Chen pasted a stick in between his drawing and the hard cover

He poked the stick with his drawing onto a stylofoam.

He secured the stick to the stylofoam with a blue tag. That's it!

Time flies. Png Png is 1 today!! We celebrated his birthday at Pariss. We were the one who had a feast, not him Hahaha..After lunch, we roamed around in Marina Square then to Suntec City We went to a station outside the convention room to let Chen Chen do his homework.

Maiden dip
